What should I wear?We recommend comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in the equipment. Pilates socks with grips on the bottom are also suggested for stability and hygiene. But you can go bare feet if you prefer.

Do I need to bring any equipment?No, all necessary equipment, including the Reformer and any accessories, are provided at our studio. We recommend bringing a small towel and water bottle!

What is your cancellations policyWe require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee or result in a deduction from your class pack.

Where is Reformer Pilates Bicester located?Reformer Pilates Bicester is conveniently situated within the Bicester Performance Centre at Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa, located at OX26 1TE. Upon arriving at the Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa, simply follow the signage directing you to the performance gym. When you enter through the reception area, you'll find clear indications leading you to our Reformer Pilates facility.

How do I book a class?Classes can be booked via our website. We offer various payment options, including single-class payments, class packs, and monthly memberships.

How many people are in each class?Our classes are limited to 6 participants to ensure personalised attention and adequate space for each client. We believe in maintaining small class sizes for the best experience.

What happens if Reformer Pilates Bicester cancels my class?We would only cancel classes in extreme circumstances, if this should happen we will add this credit back to your package.

How long are classes?Each class typically lasts for 50 minutes. Allowing 10 minutes to wipe down machines after use.

Are there any discounts or special offers available for new members?We occasionally run promotions and special offers for new members. Please check our website or contact us directly for the latest information.

What happens if I don’t use all my classes in a block booking within 90 days?Classes in a block booking must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused classes after this period will expire and cannot be carried over or refunded.

Is there a time limit for using classes in a membership?Yes, memberships are based on a 30 day usage. The classes allotted in your membership (5, 10, or 15 classes) must be used within the 30 days and do not roll over.

What is your refund policy for memberships and block bookings?We do not offer refunds on memberships or block bookings. We recommend considering your schedule and commitment level before purchasing to ensure the package fits your needs.

Can I share my membership or block booking classes with a friend or family member?Memberships and block bookings are individual and non-transferable. Each client must have their own membership or block booking.
